so excited

i am SO excited about the Dido & Aeneas i am directing next spring. my wonderful, talented, glorious costume designer, Rooth Varland, just sent me some sketches. Here's how it works: i spew out tons and tons of info and ideas and wackiness and half-baked ridiculousness and Rooth thinks about it for a bit and then sketches out this stuff that is somehow EXACTLY what i wanted, but could never explain.
