Crock Pot Carnitas

Last Sunday night I purchased a brand new Crock Pot for a whopping $15 (now on sale for #11.99!) and have since been feasting on the most delectible dish:
Crock Pot Carnitas
Prepare to swoon.
What you need:
  • Crock Pot
  • 4-5lb pork shoulder  (mine was like $6)
  • 1 can beef stock
  • 5 or so cloves of garlic, peeled
  • cumin
  • 4 limes, squeezed

Throw these items into the crock.  I am so lazy I did not even brown the pork before, but you can do that. Turn the crock pot on low and let it cook for 6-8hrs.  When it is done, shred the meat with a fork.
