I don't do a lot of "fashion" posts but I ran across something today that really caught my eye.... Noonday Collection, which features the handiwork of mostly (all?) women from around the world who are using their skills to work themselves out of poverty. Many of these artisans live in war-torn countries, and some are refugees living in the USA. They go to great lengths to tell the story behind the work....and the work is beautiful! Also, pretty darn affordable.
